Got my LED 22" light bar fitted last week finally.
Just some photos of the custom mounting install for the light bar.
Switch mounted onto dash, hooking into high beam at the stem.
As I have no bullbar, the light got custom fitted to steel rails which slides underneath the grill and attaches to the frame below the bumper bar.
I also got the steel rails zinc plated before coating in stone-chip black paint, lots of rust here on Sunshine Coast.
All hooked up and works a treat, same problem as everyone else though, standard high beams look a little dull

Took the 90 out to play for the weekend. Headed off to Gordon Country for the weekend but ran into torrential rain on the way, was starting to get flooding near the park so headed off to Manar Park near Lake Boondoomba instead.
Set up camp and then the rain came, 40 mm overnight. Good test for the camper trailer with a couple of minor leak on seams. Saturday we went for a bit of a play on the tracks, was a tad slippery in the morning but dried out prety quick only the extreme tracks were still closed. Sunday morning the tracks were mostly dry and we had the same place to ourselves so we managed to do most of their "extreme" tracks with no hassels, still impressed where the mighty 90 will go.
Packed up Monday morning and headed home, straight into more storms and heavy rain, passed through Durong with surface flooding around the town. Poured all the way to Dalby. Had a great weekend, loved getting out on the tracks, different conditions to last time we were there2014 VX D4D. Dobinson 2 inch lift. TJM T3 Bullbar. rhino platform. TraxRax. Maxtrax. nah, it is very firm with the downward pressure from the grill, i also put bike tube underneath the rails so that is doesn't move left or right etcMaroochydore, Sunshine Coast, Queensland
