I would almost give my left arm to go, but trying to get a business up and running is taking longer than we would have hoped. These are great events. Get on it guys you will have a blast.

Hi Folks

We have booked and are nearing prep on the 150, I see some people have sites allocated, Riverwood Downs didn't allocate us a number however we have confirmation of the deposit.

thanks for that snaga and richo, 20 cars confirmed that's piss poor seeing the reserve list had quite a few people wanting to come as well, i thought we would get a fully booked venue, but on the flip side we will have a goodtime no matter how many turn up, SO IF YOU WANT TO COME GET YOUR ARSE INTO GEAR AND MAKE A BOOKING. cheers samo

There are two days left for anyone who wants to register for this years GTG, the final day that registrations will be accepted is the 30th of July 2010.

Thank you to those folks who have booked and paid their deposits it is greatly appreciated. Out of those that were remaining and were sent emails I have heard back from less than half and of the half that responded we have seen a 50% drop out rate. Not good considering the time and effort that has been spent in organising this event on the east coast. I was expecting a fully booked out event but that is the way things go at times.

As Samo has said the people that are going to attend will have a great time regardless, I for one am looking forward to this after visiting the resort it is definitely a beautiful place and the planned day trips will have everyone remembering some great times in the future.

I've also booked and paid the deposit for site 79. I believe that Bobsled has paid and booked site 80. Not sure about anyone else though.

Mav, I've a suggestion - Can you put up those names of all who have indicated to come along and whether or not they have booked and paid a deposit or not. We may just be able to track those people down and help to confirm who is still intending to come along.
Cheers

I would rather not highlight people in this way on a public forum, I am working off the list as best I can which is lessening the list. I have currently 6 people left who have not responded to any attempts to contact them. It could be that they are simply not using the same email address anymore so my lastresort is to use the PM system on PP.

The last day to register for the GTG is today.

Mav,
I am booked. I do not have a site number for my caravan. I am dropping it off the preceeding week amd then coming back to join LFaR et al on the magical mystery tour to the GTG.
May I make a suggestion. Publish who is booked and going. This will stop the toing and froing.
All I can say is those who do not attend will miss out on a great time.

Look on the bright side...

Isn't a wine tour on the free day an option... well, less people to crowd the bar so more wine to be tasted

How are you Mav

Is there any way you can provide some of the essential information regarding the GTG, given that I am probably not the only one who has missed or forgotten the relevant posts and the removed ones. Information maybe about what activities are on for each day etc. Also is there an up to date list of attendees?
