Torque figures for Injector change 120kd

Hi all,

just after some confirmation about the correct Torque figures to use when changing out the Injectors on a D4d. Have some conflicting figures.

This is what i have

Nozzle Leak Pipes 16Nm

Rear Nozzle Leak Pipe to engine block 13Nm

Nozzle Holder Clamps stretch bolts (the ones that hold the injectors in) 22Nm but have seen 25Nm mentioned as well

Injector Pipes workshop manual i found says 35Nm or 31.9Nm if using SST
Baileys instructions have less than 25Nm
Others say 22Nm

??? So which is it then ? Don't want to over or under tighten the pipes or stretch bolts.

It was pointed out by others BDG online guide shows all specs 25nm, is that so? if so I'd disregard that.
If your using brass washers 25nm might help?

Toyota Australia spec on seating washers is for the base material to be 99.9% copper (cu)
Please use genuine parts, it is imperative to prevent blow by leakage.

Once you purchase the kit, part of that is providing a list of tools & torque specs (correct ones).
We only follow manufacturers procedures.
You are correct with what you have.
13nm 1 rear banjo.
16nm 4 leak back banjo bolts
22nm injector clamps
9nm on rocker cover.
32 for new pipes & 35 if re-sueing on same injectors.
5nm on injector clamp bolts & nuts.
New Injectors = new pipes.

Thanks ####, yeh I thought the figures I had were correct. That's what the last lot that went in were at and they have been fine over the last couple of years but a few different figures have been thrown around. Better to check I guess.
