Wow, glad you're all ok.

Did you see the other car before it hit you? Did you jump on the brakes or just take your foot off the accelerator and let it do it's thing? Looks from the video that whatever driving you did reduced the carnage and kept it upright.

I saw her coming and in the video you can see I move over to the right as far as I can but I was up against the wire rope barrier. Combined I was close to 5T so braking heavily not knowing what was behind and whether she would definitely hit me were unknowns, so I just braked lightly then braced for the impact. When she effectively did a "pitt" manoeuvre on me I steered into it but ended up just being a passenger for the best part. So lucky the van hit the tree and no the truck.
