150 facelift centre console switches

I'm sure someone has posted this but I can't seem to find it? I'm trying to find some instructions for how to access the lower switch panel on a 150 facelift model... my VX has a couple of blanks and I want to install a new switch but removal / access doesn't seem to be that straight forward

Can anyone please point me to a thread that tells me how to access this?

Pull the HVAC panel forward/down and out - it's tough and be prepared to break a nail the first time. Pull the two side facias off. That should expose all the screws that need to come out. Unscrew and pull. Once you know to start with the HVAC panel, the rest is easy.

A dumb question I know but which part of the dash is the HVAC PANEL?
