Have been a Pradopoint member since late 2015, and finally purchased a 2nd hand Prado in October last year. First job was to replace the Toyota / Repco suspension combination that was in it. I was fitting the suspension myself, but wasn't sure what to go with or who to purchase from. Have had ARB TJM & Coni's over the years in my old Landcruiser, but wanted to try something different. After much reading up on different combo's, and good reports here on Pradpoint, decided on 2" inch lift, Bilsteins with Dobinson coils from John at Zordo's. Due to circumstances beyond my control, the fitment and fine tuning stretched over 3 months! (Vehicle was out of action due to an unrelated issue. Then I was out of action for several weeks due to injury, then relatives up for a week at Christmas ect). Once fitted, I wasn't 100% happy with the ride height in the rear (sitting slightly high) and was simply going to purchase another set of rear coils. But John sent another set up at no cost, which allowed me to swap straight over with no down time, and then send the other set back.
During this time, John was always happy to assist with help and advice, and answer any questions ect. I had, (One being an issue with the ESC after fitment) even over a 3 month period! But I've ended up with the suspension ride & height that I wanted.
Sorry for the long winded post, but more often than not, a lot of businesses / retailers I have used these days seem keen to take your money, but after sales service is nil.
Disclaimer - I am in no way associated with Zordo's Suspensions, just glad to get good service!
