Will throw on new belts while it's apart. Anything else that might as well be done while front is apart and I'm paying for labor to get main seal done?

Check the casting mark on front timing cover. 80% start leaking around 140k plus.
It's a big job to do if it's leaking, easier though if some is apart to do other work.
Check idler pulleys, there's 4 of them. Just had 2 of mine go noisy after cleaning up some oil with degreaser from above mentioned leak.

There's only one belt. Dayco brand I just paid $45 trade.

Sorry but could you add more detail to "casting mark"? Or will my mechanic know what you mean?
