  • Does Anyone know what part this is and/or Part #?

    Hello,

I need to replace this part. Does anyone know the name of this part or even better what is the part number?
I would like to order it from Amayama ASAP.

I'm told it's connected to the engine and turbo.

    My VIN# is JT111GJ9500148388.

    Thanks.

Which section at Amayama can I find this part in? Any idea? I'm looking all over and can't find this in a description.

      Thanks.

                  Yes! That's it. Celebration time!

Do you think I have to order it directly from Japan or maybe get it from some place in USA? Does it matter that it's a non-USA car? Or this part might fit all their cars of this type?

                  Thanks.

Why doesn't that part number pull up when searching 15407? Are there other numbers that go before it when searching for a complete part number?

Since we are on a roll, I need to replace the antenna which is not even there. I hear the antenna motor making a noise upon start-up. Any idea which parts i would need to buy to re-attach a new antenna?

                        Thanks.

You can buy a replacement mast to go inside the electric aerial. From memory (very hazy, old and unreliable) you remove the top nut, start the aerial to poke it out (usually falls out on the ground) then insert the new one and turn the radio off. This sucks the aerial in. Then replace the top nut.

I pulled my antenna apart to remove the broken nylon drive strip, but since doing that it now no workies..... Go figure.

One day i will have another look.
You can buy the replacement top section of the antenna on eBay for about $30.
