  • 105,000 Klms, what to do?

My 2010 Prado SWB 150 diesel has just hit 105,000 klms.
Had it from new & it is running OK & has been trouble free.
We want to keep the vehicle for a few more years, so getting stuck into major service.
So far have changed oils & filters & flushed auto & replaced with synthetic fluid.
Next will change brake fluid & coolant.
Not sure about injectors, never had to touch them.
I live in Melbourne & thinking about driving up to NSW & dropping into Baileys to get the injectors checked.
Am I being over cautious, or should the injectors still be OK at 105,000 klms?
Car is mostly used on medium to longish trips on highway & always idle down before shutting off.
Is there anything else I should be doing or be aware of?

    Trevor.

    Trevor.
You don't need to go that far to get your injectors checked.
Yes check them, change them at 120k
Also add the egr flow reduction plate. Clean out egr.
    Cheers,

      Thanks for reply ####.
EGR blank plate with 7mm hole is on my shortlist, so is cleaning out inlet.
I only mentioned Baileys in NSW as we are going up that way soon & their injectors are supposedly good.
Do you know who does good work on injectors in Melbourne?

How does one say you won't get a better job, or better value job without sounding arrogant or getting told he needs humility?
The best I can do is advise you, the community has given me 5 star ratings & great comments all the way on my FB page. Check the reviews https://m.facebook.com/ToyotaFourby4/?ref=bookmarks
