Adhesive for body skirt

Hi,
Need advise on the right type of adhesive to be used for body skirting.
Just bought my 2004 Grande and previous owner must have been rear-ended and body skirt came off.
Skirt/bumper still in good condition but need an adhesive to hold it tight to the body.

I reckon it needs new clips, or the mouldings where the clips fit into have broken off the "body skirt".

Hi amts,
yup, you're right, notice some missing clips at the skirting (not sure what its called though).
other than the clips, do I still need adhesive to make it stick to the body?

I use Sikaflex for repairing the broken moulding. Then I ordered the double sided tape from Toyota which fixes the top edge of the moulding to the door.

Replaced my clips yesterday on both front doors. The lower clips were brittle and had busted. The adhesive was stuffed. Used automotive double sided tape and gave the Toyota rubber/tape pieces the flick. No more rattle.
