Does anyone use this, and actually had their service history updated on the "my account" section of the Toyota website?
I ask because my Prado had it's first service in March yet when I log in it is still shown as not completed. The dealer says "it may be because Toyota hasn't paid them for the top up of the capped service" I don't know why Toyota would have to top up the price when I have already paid $220 for an oil and filter change.
I sent an email to customer service, called "guest experience centre" I think now but getting a response from them is worse than the proverbial blood from a stone.
I know this is a trivial issue but still curious if it has worked for some of you.

I can log in and see all the services done so far. It doesn't show my extended warranty date though, just the original warranty expiry date.

As for Toyota topping up the capped service, when your dealer services your car they send a bill to Toyota for the amounts above the $220 you paid. Normally on the invoice it will show you how much the service "actually" was, and then how much you will pay. The difference is normally billed directly to Toyota.

Do you have to use a Toyota dealer to access this service? I get my vehicle serviced by an independent workshop.

I would imagine that Toyota would be the only people who could fill this record in. I rang the dealer who did my first service to ask----they didn't know but have promised to find out so I will post when I get an answer from them. Not holding my breath though.
I mentioned to the dealer that I had no response from Toyota "guest" (should be mug) experience centre. I asked if they could contact them on my behalf and they told me that "dealers cannot contact guest experience centre, only customers can" WTF !!!

The use of the term 'guest' makes me want to puke every time I hear it. I wonder if Toyota dealers realise how fake it all sounds to informed customers.

It doesn't show the extra warranty as that is actually sold by Toyota finance and insurance not the sales side.

Quick update on this saga. I have received a letter telling me the aforementioned service was due!! this spurred me into action again, I have emailed the customer experience centre asking for a read receipt. Still not got one! but the dealer swears they are on the case with Toyota WA, perhaps the other states are more on the ball?
