  • left front driveshaft oil leak

my left front driveshaft boot is split and there is milky oil everywhere around it and inside the boot.
the shaft itself seems fine (no clicking noise) and the end float in the shaft appears ok (going off what i have read in other threads).
would i be correct in assuming that the shaft seal in the diff needs replacing as well as the boot?
can I replace these without replacing the drive shaft or should I be replacing it anyway since it will be out? has 120,000km on the clock.
any tips or suggestions greatly appreciated.
    thanks guys.

I had this on my 90 series and simply replaced the seals (different ones left and right) and the boots.

Bugger Bali, get out and see Australia before we sell it all to China.
