Heath on the sidewall will be four numbers in an oval. Something like 2214. That means 22th week of 2014. For example and yes I know...

Thanks MJ, just went out to the shed with the torch and looked at the top tyre in the stack and its 2414, so 24th week 2014.

Pjorek, if you are serious, let me know and I'll double check the lot. However these tyres have been stored in a shed when not in use, so if it's UV break down that you are worried about, don't be concerned. They were only put on for trips.

Haha, yes out by a fortnight, very ordinary! Thanks, I've never had any trouble moving mud tyres.

My knowledge has already been exposed once in this thread, and now that's twice Corinne
I don't know what the offset is. I spose it can be measured? I just asked my tyre bloke for steel rims for my Prado! So I assume it's what ever the offset is on a 120 Prado

Measure from the outside of the tyre to the mounting face of the wheel from outside and inside. I am guessing these are P25 just like the ones that came on my camper. I thought they were P30 but measured up as P25 so good for 120 and 150.

Sorry of the delay, I haven't been home much, been busy with the new 4wd, enjoying all of the ponies!

Just got out to the shed, and measured up P25.

Corrine, if you are interested but worried about fit, happy for you to come over and I have rattle gun and trolley Jack, so we can trial fit to make sure.

Thanks Heath but much as I am tempted they are probably a bit aggressive for everyday use. If only I had a garage to store them in for use on trips only!

Corine if I remember correctly the 17x7.5 with P25 offset fouls on the KDSS, a 17x8 will be 1/4" closer so even worse. I doubt they would fit, the guys with KDSS are typically running P15. Sorry Heath.

Correction these are +40. Just checked again and used the online calculator as a 17X8...rather than 17x7.5...
