What does everyone think of the spring rate supplied with the mrr's?? Im looking at getting C59-350 for the front and C59-327 for the rear, has anyone measured lift once installed? Is the front strut Original Setting of X = 213mm / 8.38”X - Centre of Eye to Spring Seat ideal or do you have to adjust it?

Spring selection is based on weights. Need to know what you have first.

Its bog stock at the moment, but will be running dual batteries, winch, bullbar. My only question is i wont have anything in the back day to day, but when i go away it will be loaded up and towing a camper, hence the C59-327 for the rear. Probably get airbags cor the rear?

The MRR Fronts are height adjustable. No idea if they are set to standard height from the factory.

You have a Prado 150? C59-350 for the front is fine I think. Definitely need airbags in the rear if you go with the soft rear springs. Worth having either way. I'd go with stiffer rear springs with all that load but ours is not a daily driver.

I've recently had a custom 3" kit installed in my GXL. Results are as follows:










I've not found a photo that can show the full extent of the flex available. I also have heavy rate springs in the rear to accommodate the weight of the fridge, drawers and Kaymar. Full component list can be posted if need.

Rear is empty unless on a trip so basically the same as what you will have.


327 in the rear is perfect. matched with the same rate spring in the front.
you will find the front will need to be adjusted once you add the accessories

Diff drop, aftermarket upper control arms and extended rear swaybar links.
