Bit of a maintenance day - repairing things that have been annoying me since I got her.
1) Check Strap - just a quickie on this, at least with the 120 series, if these are left too long - they will muck up the window!
2) The plastic door panel on the driver's side. Top rear mount had broken off, leaving it to rattle. So much so, that touch up paint was required.
So here's the door apart:

Lastly, the clip in question, final glue up ended up being a "bit more" than is pictured!

A while ago I changed the spark plugs, and moved from NKG to Bosch Platinum.
From what I have been told, passenger side is a nightmare to change plugs on. I didn't find this, disconnected three vacuum hoses, unbolted fuel filter and support bracket - then it was easy as!

I was able to install my Terratrip 202 '90's "Classic" with using the speedo pulse. A "spare" Go-Pro suction mount has seen a second life.

Did a trip with a local 4WD Club that I have joined. To Pelverata Falls and to the dam as well.
Bit of a warning:
Then I tried to follow where a lifted 80 series went....
Hard to see from this angle, but the running board has been pushed back 2" or so....

Having just done the clutch and driveline fluids (not me, my mechanics), they mentioned that the brake pads were a bit thin....
I did notice a shudder under braking, can you see the issue on the passenger side rotor?

While out for the Rally Club I belong to - the guys mentioned that I was broadcasting with engine noise.
Pulled off the GME 4701 Antenna from the base, just a little bit of corrosion....
So spent the $40 and got a new cable, supposed easy job to remove the thread for the antenna.....
Yeah, didn't quite go to plan.....thread snapped off!

Today's adventure (BTW, at least on my ARB bar - removing the side wings just sucks! TJM at least only had bolts to contend with.....)
Installed ARB Part #6821287 - LED Park and indicators. Since it is such a joy to get up and change the bulbs - I flicked everything to LED, including the fog lamps to a LED bulb.
