Since no one is answering you mate I thought I'd post some sort of reply.
The O-ring will cost you next to nothing, labour however is what will hurt your back pocket.
Unless you intend to do it yourself ??
I have the bigger V6 so can't comment on pulling your dizzy.
However I have yanked a few dizzies in my day and it is fairly straight forward.
It should tell you how in the good book.
But basically it goes like this;
Put on Number 1 TDC on the firing stroke, you can tell my the rotor arm being on the dizzy cap pin to the number 1 plug lead.
Mark the dizzy right under the rotor arm, and on the mounting flange and engine, this will help you get the timing correct on reassembly.
Pull the dizzy slowly and watch were the arm turns too, mark that spot too.
Change the O-ring
Put the dizzy back in and make sure the marks are right, you will have to set the position were the arm stopped moving when you pulled it out, it will turn a little due to the gear teeth.
When it is home make sure the mounting flange and engine mark are correct and the rotor arm and the dizzy mark are also correct, it is easy to be a tooth out, if it isn't right pull it and try again till it is correct.
Timing should be close to the same, but it pays to check it as it will probably be out by a degree or two, depending on how accurate and small your marks are.
