RJ45 sockets

I am building up my 90 and have found a box under the dash that has 2 RJ45 sockets in it that are not connected
And it looks like another plug with 4 wires that goes into it as well as a mic plug
Could anyone tell me what this is

Probably for the UHF.

I'm guessing it's somthing that was installed by a previous owner for the UHF radio. Some radio models come with a remote head or mike with displays and they use RJ45s to connect back to the actual main module.

I've got one of these and have the main unit installed in the centre console with the remote head mounted up. Just in front of the interior light behind the mirror.
