    Hey Jim,

Yes, I've been using the CRD Fuel Enhancer for the past year or so, can't say I've noticed any economy difference, but it "may" seem to have made it run quieter, but even that's hard to say.... I mainly wanted to use it as a added "help" with the injectors.....

The Flushing Oil Concentrate I've started using on my other cars (Diesels) but not the Prado as it's still under warranty & I didn't want them saying anything. In using it on my other cars, it's great. The Diesel oil now remains clean for the 1st couple of thousand kms b4 it slowly becomes black again. I've never seen a product do that for diesel engines b4. It certainly cleans out your engine.....My Diesel engines are the old mechanical type, so the oil quickly becomes dirty, but after using this stuff it remains clean for a lot longer.....

I used the engine flush in my old cruiser. When I got it, it had been serviced every 10k but the oil was still sludgy. Did as the bottle said, new oil and filter, add the flush and idle at speed for however long. Put 10l of oil in, got 12l of black crap out, plus a full filter. The oil stayed cleaner longer after that, so I guess it worked.

Well, I've been using the Cost Effective Maintenance CRD Fuel Additive in our 150's DRD for the past 60,000kms and I've also always tried filling up with BP Ultimate Diesel "where possible". I've had my Injector Feedback Values checked at 90k, 110k & our recent 120k service. I've also had the Fuel Volume checked on the last 2 times and I'm surprised at the results. I have no idea whether CEM product is working or it's a combo of the CEM and using BP Fuel too, but my Feedback values at 120k have seemed to have improved..... most unusual, unless the service guys made a mistake.....

Here's my last 3 Injector FB readings:

Feedback & Volume Levels Check @ Cold start - 18/08/2015:
          Cyl-1: -0.8
          Cyl-2: +0.1
          Cyl-3: -1.2
          Cyl-4: -1.0
          Volume: 10.27
          ------------
Feedback & Volume Levels Check @ Cold start - 04/03/2015:
          #1 0.3
          #2 0.7
          #3 1.0
          #4 -2.5
          Volume: 10.44
          ------------
Injector Feedback Values @ Cold Start - 7/06/2014:
          #1 -0.6
          #2 +0.4
          #3 -1.2
          #4 -2.5
          ============================

Could the CEM Fuel Additive actually be working or am I just wishful thinking??

            could be just standard variance?
but I bought a pack so I'm interested to see how much extra comes out of my 5vz with 208,000 on it.

Yeah..... I'm still a little skeptical of the readings, but I guess I'll have to wait for the next time I get it serviced as I don't have the gear to check it myself

I use the CRD Enhancer in my 120 D4D and definite improvement in that it is much quieter and smoother. I might add that I started using it once I had the new Bailey's Injectors installed as well.

Used the FOC at the last oil change nearly 5,000 km ago, so will be interesting to see how the oil looks when next changed. Looks 100% better on the dipstick at least.

Feedback volumes can vary from one test to another.
                  You can't fix mechanical wear.
You had -2.5 for a while id suggest you should have had new injectors put in at 120k while they were out, p.o.s.
Anyway not too bad, what were they once warm? should be lucky

I only got a warm reading on the second time @ 110k..... as follows:

                    COLD // OPERATING TEMP
                    #1 0.3 // -0.5
                    #2 0.7 // 0.3
                    #3 1.0 // 0.1
                    #4 -2.5 // -0.5
                    Volume: 10.44 // 7.51

                      Total vol not too bad.
I'd be watching number 4, it's out of the normal & could take off fast. More likely be ok.

A (experienced) mate at work swears by lucasoil upper cylinder head cleaner as the only no-bs fuel additive thing he's used, reckons it's helped him improve longevity and keep things running well. So I use it on every 120L tank (~200ml). Brand new car, figure it will help. Googling reviews seems to bring positive results.

It's $20 for a litre at supercheap and other places, considering a tank is about $140 give or take, $4 extra each fillup doesn't seem to matter to me. It could still be snake oil, but I'll take his advice for now.

One thing to note though, if you're planning on using it, sticky/duct tape down the cap. I made the mistake of not doing so and lost the cap almost down to my fuel tank (!) because I was squeezing too hard on the bottle - I hadn't even put fuel in yet and my tank was empty D: I was stuck at pheasants nest in ~5degree temps trying to coast the cap back up the pipe with a windscreen wiper blade and it's metal crimp that I purchased, kind of stressful considering I'd just read the prices here about replacing a fuel tank.

After about 10mins (remember, these things are now coated in oil):
Me: "Honey, I've got it to the top, can you please pass the long nose pliers?" (I've got my hands pressuring the end)
                        Other half: "What are they?"
Me: "Pliers that look like they have a long end, like scissors"
                        Her: "What are Pliers?"
                        Me: *breathe deeply*
