There is two places I snag the central lock wires from. Either the drivers door wiring harness or the red relay on the back of the fuse box.

Lock is Red with a white trace
unlock is blue with a yellow trace.

They require a single negative pulse only.

Thanks heaps for that. Going to have a crack at it tonight.
Would you happen to know where I can hook up the indicators and door open switches.
          Thanks for the help

Not quite sure what you're asking there, but here is the diagram from a repair manual.

            Baders-1996 Prado 90 Series 3.4L/TRD Supercharger/2.2" Pulley/Xede ECU/Aquamist Water Meth Injection/Pacemaker Extractors/2.5" Custom Exhaust/West Coast Suspensions HD 50mm lift/Detroit Tru Trac rear diff.

Aww crap. Now you're pushing my memory!
              Indicators
Toyotas have four potential locations to source your indicators from.

              Steering column
              Hazard switch
Gauge cluster <~~~ Most ideal location. White plug, #1 and #2. There are very tiny numbers on the back of the plug.
              Fuse box

              They are Green/Yellow and Green/Black
              Door Trigger
There are two easy places to gain access to the door trigger wire

Gauge cluster - In the brown plug is a red/green wire. It's #9. Thats it right there!
A-Pillar - Red/Green. Right beside it is a Red wire which is constant power to the interior lights. Don't confuse the two

              Pro-Tip
An alarm is only as good as the guy who fits it. On all of my alarms I endeavour to ensure none of the wiring can be seen. Period. In the Prado this means I remove the cluster and mount the module behind there. At this point it makes sense to grab as many trigger feeds for the alarm while you are there. Doors, Indicators, Ignition (Blue plug #7 Red/Blue) and also earth on the mounting bracket behind the cluster. At this point, I only need to drop down a power wire, bonnet wire if being fitted and the siren wires.

              Hope this helps.

Thanks for your help fellas. Installed it over the weekend works great. A tip for anyone else attempting the same thing. A good spot to snag the door triggers is the bottom of the fuse box, three pin plug although the wiring is a little more obvious...

Lol... thats exactly why I didn't list it. It's the first thing I look for with any alarm install in a Toyota. ..its always right there And obvious... thieves know it as well. Smash a window with a brick wrapped in cloth, lean through, pull fuse panel and disconnect plug. Now unlock doors. Go inn underneath dash, femove power wire from alarm plug. The alarm is now disconnected and bypassed and if equipped with a battery back up siren... it still has power And won't go off.

Yep and also im pretty sure that wire on the fuse box is only for the drivers door so that would
mean the other doors are not alarmed

There is two red and green on it... one is drivers door and the other is either interior light or the remaining doors.
