    Probably not, they want to sell bullbars, which have them incorporated.

    Others do make them, I think I have some around somewhere that were removed when I had the bullbar put on.
    Cheers, Wayne

      ARB do not make rated recovery points for the 120. There are plenty of opinions around on the attachment points on the ARB bullbars (whether they are towpoints, tie down points, recovery points) but ARB do not specifically claim them as rated recovery points either.

        I went into an ARB store 1 day and asked them this question about the "points" on the ARB bar. The guy said they are not rated but using an equaliser strap should be fine to simply share the load. It would really depend on how stuck you were. Personally even on rated points I'd use an equaliser strap if possible. I've had to be snatched out from the front before though (Prado Power!!!, lol), only towed from the rear once as I was caught up on my diffs.
        2007 GXL V6 - ARB Bullbar with LED lights, snorkel, extractors, 2 1/4" dual exhaust, K&N filter, dimpled/slotted rotors, headrest dvd players, Ebay Satnav/reverse camera, GME 3100TX, Tigerz11 Side awning on custom brackets with Maxtrax mounts, 300W Invertor, ARB Underbody protection, Lightbar and STZ 265/70 tyres.
        Wish list in order I'll get them: Sliders, 2" lift, E-locker, Winch bar with winch.

          Hey toolsplus,

          You haven't specified if you have a bullbar.

          If you don't have a bullbar, then you can buy recovery points from ARB which bolt to your chassis, these are the same as what Roadsafe make. These are still not genuinely rated, as they haven't been mechanically tested on the car. See ths ebay link for what they look like. ARB sells them powder coated in red.

          http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/like/2717...pid=107&chn=ps

          If you have a bullbar, then yes, ARB do sell new recovery points which again bolt to your chassis, but are made to fit with an ARB bullbar. These are very expensive, around $900 fitted, and they have to take your bullbar off to do it.

          If you have a bullbar, there is an alternative option to ARB. One of our members 'amts' makes chassis bolt on recovery points for ARB and Toyota bullbars. See the link below;

          Hope this helps you out!

            Hey,

            Found a link with a pikkie for those interested in the new recovery points from ARB;

            http://www.4wdcoffs.com.au/2014/10/a...50-fj-cruiser/

            I read somewhere else the 120 versions are still in development, but I'm guessing they will look similar to the 150 and FJ versions in the link.

                    Hey,

                    There's a couple of photos of amts new points in post #769.

                    I just bought a pair myself, will be good to have something decent up the front again!

                      thanks for that mate
                      i don't have a bull-bar,no big furry things over here,the locals shoot everything...

                      do ARB sell the 'Roadsafe' r/points with an ARB sticker on
                      or do ARB make their own 'in house' r/points?

                      would be nice to have a pic of a genuine ARBr/point
                      then i could track one down

                      cheers

                        Hey,

                        To be honest, I'm not sure if ARB made them or sourced them from Roadsafe or Outback Ideas, but they all looked exactly the same, Roadsafe and Outback Ideas were yellow, the ARB ones were red, they didn't have any identifying ARB stickers.

                        Here is a good thread for you to read (plenty of pikkies), as you'll have to do this yourself, you need to drill a hole out;

                        http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread...y-points/page2

                        You don't really need a right angle drill, you can get a normal drill in there, just hold the radiator back, that's how I did mine. Mine are now sitting in the garage collecting dust, as they no longer fit when you put an ARB bar on.

                        Spectacular looking coastline there in Lagos, hope you're enjoying it!

                          I've got the amts ones. They are better than the Roadsafe ones. Mounted further back into the chassis so I think it's stronger.
