I didn't go too wide to allow for the curtain bags, however I'm not sure if the 120 has them. I could go a bit wider but am mindful of adding material and postage cost. As it is, its much bigger than the 150 one.

A mate at work has an 08 GXL with a Safety Pack that included curtains

450mm for the Centre measured from Roof lining to the top of the headrest holes and 390mm from the outer most headrest holes to roof

I've got a few more left from the first sample run. I haven't put them all together yet but if you need one in a hurry you can PM me, otherwise I'll start up a new thread for the 120 barriers in a few days.
