G day, I have 2 young boys who love camping, we have a week off at end of September. Does anyone know some good spots to go that would offer good activities for the boys and the parents. Open fire a must. Cheers

Plenty of private camp grounds through the western downs and southern downs that offer fires and other activities for the kids plus some 4wd tracks for dad.

DI and Teewah are two of my favorite locations in the world, and I cannot recommend them enough. Fraser is standard for longer stays and is ideal for shorter vacations. In order to extend the break and the eventual return to work, we often camp in Teewah on the way back.Comment
