    Nice Kw!! Smashes mine, although it's hub vs roller - don't know what the variance would be.

      As can be seen, AFR before tune (Lambda 1 thin line) is all over the place. Power and torque are about as expected, though I did notice you stated 575Nm for yours Glen. Was that a calculated flywheel figure ?

      Dyno was a chassis/hub and it measures axle power/torque. This will be a bit higher than wheel dyno figures. Tests done with 98 octane only and centre diff locked.

        Yep that AFR goes up a bit ay. Do you know if they used the 6 injectors to add more fuel or had to use the 7th injector to fix it?

        My torque - I'm sure they said @ 4 wheels. I don't know how accurate it is, but I'd say the diff ratios would be increasing the figure. What I do know is how crazy it takes off with full acceleration from stop. Have you tried that? Most of the wow factor is 0-60km/h.

          He used the 6 main injectors to enrichen from 3000 to 4700rpm. Or at least, he put in cell figures because there were hardly any there in the look up table in that range !! He (David) rang up about 15 minutes ago asking me how it is going, saying he is still intrigued by the set up, and wants to play more (cost free) ! Told him I'm gonna put the boat on the back to test it soon. I'm also gonna hook up to it when I get the converter as David didn't realise I had the 2 maps switch installed. So i'll check that.

          See on your Torque graph it has "Cor'd". I reckon that stands for "Corrected" ie, a fudge factor is entered to give approximation of flywheel figures.

            Mmmm, not a fudge factor for flywheel, but all to do with the standard atmosphere used;

            Interesting !! If those are wheel measured torque, then that's just astounding figures !!

              Hi Glen & Baders,

              It is a TRD unit which is simply a Plug N Play installation for the later model ECU's as the earlier models have a different connector arrangement.
              The TRD 7th Injector kit comes with the add on ECU and Injector, the unit is not tunable so I assume it substitutes a "revised" tuning map to eliminate the detonation. Since TRD did not offer tuning I assume it is a very conservative tune.
              The document Glen posted refers to O2 sensors which Australia delivered 90 series do not have. Ignition timing will vary below 3000 rpm based on other inputs, throttle, rpm, maf etc as posted already but without the knock sensor to "prevent or reduce" detonation.

              Lee

              I am now running a Unichip (driving a 7th injector but without a MAP sensor), when I get back from a os trip I will investigate a map sensor install with the Unichip.
