I've had this rattle for a while and it's been getting more noticeable. On my driver's door, the plastic trim on the lower half of the outer door-skin rattles. I think the mounting clips at the bottom have worn. It's still quite well attached but you can rattle it simply by knocking on it or slamming the door closed. It's going in next week for a warranty claim while I still have one. The other doors are fine. Anyone else noticed this?

Dave, sounds like it is time to upgrade to a 150. Easier than changing all those broken clips. My 150 build - http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread.php?27423-A-Random-approach-to-a-Bluestorm-150-GXL-D4D-automatic

Apparently, if they try to remove the plastic trim to get at the clips there's a good chance that they will break the trim. I would then be up for a new trim piece plus painting! WTF? I think I will just put a little bit of silastic up underneath.Dave

You can get those trims off without breaking them easy. Its the clips that break. If you do get new clips for them, make sure to get all the correct ones. I think the front door trims have 2 different clips, as does the back door, the front fender has about 4 or 5 different ones and so does the back quarter panel trim!
And don't forget to buy the trim seal which also helps hold it to the panel(sort of like double sided tape).
Oh and the trims come already painted so no cost there if you do need to buy them. Can't we just keep travelling?

Finally got around to addressing the rattle in the driver's side door because I've had enough.
Here's the door with the moulding removed showing the 3 types of clips
2 grey (75392-60031)
3 orange (75397-35010)
7 blue (75495-35010)
Here's the rear view of the moulding
The cause for my rattle is a bracket that has broken off from the back of the moulding. The attachment point is so thin, no wonder it has broken off. I'll be applying Sikaflex to this one and all the other brackets as they are similarly thin.

I just ordered some clips for mine last night, passenger side has had a slight rattle for a while. The rattle itself I can barely hear, but the noise from the passenger seat telling me about the rattle is getting pretty noisy now
