What is this rattling noise from engine bay. (Not injectors)

I'm hoping someone can't point out what this rattling noise is. It sounds similar to when a bearing in a fan goes on a PC

It's intermittent and I can hear it when key is ON but engine is off. It's not always there. Eg. Turn on and it's silent, turn off and on again and it's back. My knowledge of these engines is sketchy, so without the ToyoDIY diagrams I can't work out what it is. Pretty sure it's the unit shown in the video as when I place my hand on the back below the cable I can feel a light vibration and the noise changes slightly

Thats a relief! Sounded expensive. The car is going in for new injectors next month so really wasn't looking forward to any added extras

Judging by the photos, SWMBO has a big job this weekend to get some detergent and clean the engine bay.

Not this time. I've looked at the DIY guide on the Bailey's site and it looks doable but I just don't have the guts for this one. But I do have lots of excuses lined up too! Mainly that don't have a garage so I'd have to do it on my steep drive or the street. (and 3 kids under 6 makes everything take 3 times as long)

If I take it to Baileys they'll do everything including recoding and the cold start test next morning.
