SNOW TRIP WEEKEND - SPONSORED BY JAX QUICKFIT ESSENDON
We have a $100 voucher from JAX QUICKFIT ESSENDON TO OFFLOAD THANKX JAX!!!
State & Location: MT Matlock, Selma, usefull etc Subject to change.
WHEN:
Weekend of 19th & 20th JULY 2014.
Friday meet, 3pm Hillside vic, head off by 3.30pm, 4pm pick up sefo from maccas diamond creek, 4.30pm bakery for dinner? 6.30+ Matlock camp.
WHERE:
IN A HEAP OF SNOW FREEZING OUR JEWELS OFF.
1st Meet Ben just off western hwy at Hillside Friday by around 3pm.
2nd meet point 4pm Maccas diamond creek.
3rd meet point 4.30pm Healsville, beechworth bakery in Healsville.
If you don't make it to those, c u at Matlock. Camping at shelter if its not taken.
If its taken, will either be there anyway, nearby or on MT Matlock.
Will head up to MT Matlock about 7.30am.
So if you don't make it Friday night see you up on MT Matlock by 8am.
Saturday night camp at otooles flat? Maybe? Make it up Saturday arvo.
Hope to get or share gazebo.
Sunday see what mt's are left or worth a look, check some tracks on the way out......?

TRIP DIFFICULTY:
Planning on driving some tracks rated as difficult & snow which could present a challenge.
Vehicle damage is always possible! But less likely if you are carefull.
VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS:
Snatch strap, Rated shackles & shovel.
Winch or lockers or traction control might come in handy.
*Snow chains if u have them, any recovery gear you have. Maxtrax?
CHAINSAW PLEASE - no chainsaws = less good driving & more turning round
