Growse trip again, & I think everyone had a ripper of a time again. Don't think Ben would take it back if he had the option.
Cheers,
####.
Thanks so much to all the guys for helping out and making the weekend the memorable experience it was. Special thanks to Mark for taxiing the kids back to town and for dinner. A huge thank you to Anthony ( and Total Care) for all his time and expertise, generosity, hospitality and the use of his beaut workshop. We had the busted centre out and apart, cleaned up and reinstalled minus ring gear in a flash. We took it easy on the way home in 4hi and made it home safe and sound. Love your work ####. Champion!
Already planning the next trip
I'll post a few pics soon.
Cheers, Ben.

Thanks a million Dave for throwing me the keys to your 90! She's a beauty - felt right at home. It was a fantastic experience driving in the snow and the hospitality and effort you guys put in made for an unforgettable weekend for myself and the kids.
Cheers, guys.

Damn Ben, what terrible luck to have a mechanical issue that far from home! (though I know the feeling...)

Hi Ben,
I am glad you were to get home on the one diff without any issues. To look at it on a positive note, the kids did get to play in the snow a lot more than they would have if the car was operational. After the long drive over here it would have been hard work with the kids if we had of ended up driving all weekend. Fun for us but not as much fun for the kids. Hopefully you can do a return trip soon were we get a lot more driving in.Prado GXL 150 D4D, OME Suspension, Safari Snorkel, Brown Davis Underbody Guards, T13 Bull Bar, Warn XP9.5, 285/70 r17 Cooper STTs on Dick Cepek Torque rims,

Too right Kurt. The kids had a blast. They would have loved to spend a couple more days. It was an awesome experience despite the dramas and we are all keen to come back and do it again. I can't believe how good the snow and weather was! We were very lucky to have you guys share your vehicles with us.
I've got some good photos of everyone I'll try to upload to Dropbox or something.
Cheers, Ben.

Photo's look spectacular guys and girls (especially the ones on Facebook)! It is a shame I didn't make it this year, though it turned out that I was on Mt Disappointment on the Saturday anyway.. could have probably thrown a shackle at your campsite from where we were! Can't wait until the next one!
