Only just seen this thread....I would be keen to come on the next trip!

Only had my Prado for 4 months and been on the beach a few times, would like to do some more 4wding and see some tracks and learn from others.

Just picked up a new set of plates. $24 bargain. Now I have to cut the front screws off, they must have gotten threaded when it ripped off.

Hahaha not as bad as I thought, I have moved my plate up now, removed the screws from the top of the plate, they had nearly pulled through, and have it screwed through the bottom now, shouldn't have any trouble with water crossings now, just need a winch to fill the hole in the bullbar that the plate was covering.
