Prado fuse box explanation

Hi,
well i've tried searching for an answer for a few hours but not getting anywhere so i'm hoping someone knowledgeable can help.

i'm thinking of taking a continuous 12V source from the fuse box of my GXL for my stereo using a fuse tap. The slot i plan to use (because it's got constant 12V) has a slash across it on the fuse box diagram. There's currently no fuse in that slot. Could someone please enlighten me as to what that slash mean? is it ok for me to get power from it?

It means its empty. Or spare.

As Piggy wrote, you may also find it doesn't have pins in it.

Thanks for the replies! There are pins in there because that's what i used to measure the voltage. There are pins in all the empty/spare slots. I'm putting in a 10A fuse so i'm hoping that wont overload anything up the electrical path.

The pins will be rated at whatever the fuse would normally be there is, anything up to 30A should be ok. one set of contacts will be connected to the busbar the over may already have a wire on it, if it has you could cut and splice but I would see if you can get a new terminal from Toyota.
