  • 90 series wheel rubbing

Hey guys just got in to 4x4 and have recently upgraded to 265 75 16s on 16x8 steeliness on my 95 series prado. Getting a bit of rubbing on turning. What can I do to solve this? Cheers

I have the same size tyres as do many on here with no probs.
You will probably find its the offset of the 16x8 causing the issue.
Time to start trimming plastics if you want to keep them.

    Regards, Jason.

Another option is to look at the alignment. After a 2" lift the lower arms are usually pivoted forwards - which prevents ideal caster angles but does help to prevent rubbing on the mudflaps.
