Given that apart from the transit leg, there's very little offroad work with booze in the car, I'll bring some nice reds and a port or two. Other than that, a good ol' hot milo warms the bones...

If you want to take good red in casks, there is a way. Buy a cask of water and drain all the water into your camper tank. Remove the bladder from the box (open the box without trashing it) then remove the valve from the bladder. Buy enough bottles of your favourite red then decant the red into the bladder. When it is fairly full, squeeze it a little to remove the air then replace the valve. Then replace the bladder into the box and tape it up. Bottled red in a cask! As long as you squeeze the air out before you replace the valve, it will last almost as long as a standard cask. Definitely long enough for the GTG.
The only issue we had on our Kimberleys trip was stopping the cask getting too hot but that is unlikely to be an issue this trip

But we don't drink it here, it tastes like rat poison. Just make it for the visitors :-)

Canadian club seems to be popular, one of my favourites Canadian & dry.
3 Canadian bottles $90 atm. Mix it with real coke save space & can be anything from 1.5 to 5 standard drinks to a can :-)

I'm not an alcoholic, they go to meetings. I'm a firm believer in moderation! I took a carton of draught cans and 1/2 carton of rum to last weekends reccie and had some left over. Now if that's not moderation, i don't know what is?

    My poison
Iced coffee, when it is a alcoholic drink for some strange reason people think I like them warm.
Also I don't usually drink that many anyway.
