Hi Fido666
Yes I bought the Titan drawers to suit a prado 120 as I received the same story. I removed the 3rd row seats and have mounted the drawers straight into the floor pan.
I made an 18mm spacer from marine ply about 2 inches wide that goes over the rearmost mounting points for the seats, this gives you clearance for the fuel tank connector that resides on the floor pan, and levels the drawers as the front mounting points are raised. I also made some steel brackets that bolt into the front mounting points.
Then I just had to move the two mounting rails on the drawers (easy to do as they are both on nut inserts) to line up with the new mounting points in the prado. Used some masonite to make a fill strip in front of the drawers covered in marine carpet.
As for the wing mounts.
Passenger side
Rear one fits fine
Middle one fits fine
Front one, not used
Made up some templates out of cardboard.
Made my own wing out of 9mm ply covered with marine carpet, used the mounting hardware from the one supplied.
Drivers Side
Rear one fits fine
middle one, needed a small amount trimmed off
front one not used.
made up some templates out of cardboard.
Again made the wing out of 9mm ply etc.
Just need to make the front non removable part of the wings now and it will be complete.
