        • Put it into "full safari mode" for the first time. Both wheel carriers on (which included wiring for the number plate light), camp light and high lift on right wheel carrier, swapped tyres over to dirty cooper's, fitted up pioneer platform, rooftop tent and awning. I then stripped out the middle row seats ready for my false floor to be made tomorrow up at Outback Touring Solutions. Put UHF ariel on, cargo barrier organiser and started filling the draws up with all the junk one needs. Currently my lovely wife is sewing me up some bags for things like aerosol cans to stop the rattles.

          • Replaced a tyre that had developed a slow leak. Was surprised by the fine cracking all over the tread like the rubber has perished making it look like an old tyre. Original AT22 18 months old and only done 45000.
Am getting new tyres before the GTG so looks like i get them tomorrow rather then August

I paid $370 for my last one Ian and that wasn't even fitted although they would have. I don't think I'll buy them again, wearing too fast.

Well that's my experience, YMMV. I had D64s on my 90 and they were great but made in Japan, not Indonesia.

We use them at work on our fleet and i have them on my 90 with no complaints.
I like them but was also looking at the BFG ko2 but they werent available around home also 18" isnt exactly common around Toowomba apparently so choices a little limited

They initially quoted 390 a corner and was at $50 off each when i mentioned they were thru a lease company and all went out the window. Will know what they cost when it is processed through lease. At least they didn't query why i was removing the half worn Dunlops which i will try to off load when i get a chance.

I got mine a bit cheaper because the Bridgestone Technical Field Service Manager for Vic organised it for me through a local Bridgestone dealer. Their own shop at head office couldn't do it that cheap, go figure! I will say their service when I raised an issue was impeccable, they even took me and the Kaka over a weighbridge to check weights and determine optimal inflation pressures. For my Kaka they said 43PSI was ideal but I run them at 40PSI, the extra 3PSI made the ride just a bit too harsh.

ETA: They do look good when brand new on a frehly painted rim :-
