Did you manage to find out what the torque setting for the bolts should be?
There website does not give a specific torque.
      Anyone else know?

Hi Fred, nope didn't get the torque settings, but it wouldn't make a difference for me as I don't have a torque wrench. So it was as tight as I could with my socket set. So hopefully the right setting.

                • Installed a volt meter (digitech from Jaycar, $24) fits nicely, also fits perfectly (width wise) in the blank next to the H4-L4 switch

Bright enough to see fine, but not too bright that's it's distracting,

                      • Had to work this morning, plus it's crazy hot in the shed, so I chickened out today. I fitted up the Powerful 4x4 side steps I've had here for 3 weeks. The fitting kit finally arrived on Friday for them. Must say the fit up is quite simple and they fit very well. Will be doing the bull bar tomorrow, hopefully with the help of my brother.

                            • Will definatly be in this beast wednesday night Matt, that is unless it looks like a big storm coming through (no one likes hail dents), then ill be rocking out my work ute. Symo, Bolted onto the chassis rail, threads already there for 5 bolts each side. The sixth is a bolt welded to a bit of plate that you slip up inside the rail and use a nut on. Looks solid enough, I wouldn't call them sliders, but they look like they can take a hit or two. So far happy with them.
