Don't worry about making any plans around us as we are no longer attending the GTG.

Obviously things have been said via P.M. or something because I didn't think anything major went down on here, at least not for you to withdraw.

          We agree Ian
Not going to suggest that words posted publicly or privately are not upsetting at times, but hope that after the dust settles or the mud slinging stops. Oops not much chance of that, forgot the MLC factor.

I understand that the 2012 GTG committee did a stellar job and believe that Mr & Mrs AJ120 where to a large part responsible for the safe, fun and well organized event.
This however could cause one to judge or compare 2014 to 2012 GTG's or visa, versa.
New event, New committee, New personalities.
Support and respect your decision AJ & Trish, however you will be both missed.
          Cheers

AJ what is it they say 'build a bridge'. No i'm sure a modern bushie like you would not be upset by a few words from anyone, literate or illiterate. Real shame though, I was hoping after returning the favor and showing you around my backyard that you could show me how to weld down the paddock.

Ian we can't leave till Monday so I was thinking of leaving around 9 Monday morning and doing about 6 hrs then look for a spot to camp for the night then do the rest of the leg Tuesday morning. Thinking of camping at Melville caves in the Kooyoora Conservation Reserve near Inglewood.
Might be able to catch up with the rest of you Tuesday morning somewhere to invade Mansfield en masse.

                    Cheers, Ben.

We were looking at routes during the week, thinking of heading to Pinnaroo to say Hi & Bye to Mum, Sis & Bro depending
on whom is around then heading through Ouyen then down Swan Hill way to find a camp.
Then Swan Hill to Echuca- Shepparton- Benalla to Mansfield.

Departing Sunday Morning time to be advised.

                        Hi guys
Our plan's look very much like Troys.
At the moment we're looking at leaving Monday morning and heading for a camp spot just outside of Echuca. Then on to Mansfield from there.

Ben I think you're on to something there. How about meeting at Bonnie Doon??? Or somewhere like that.
                        Can't wait Kris

Well well. Time flies. Seven days til departure. We could aim for Melville Caves on the Monday night to meet with you Torrie if you're ok with that? I think it's a bit out of the way for Troy and Kris, but we might be able to catch them on the Tuesday drive?

We are going to have a play in little desert on Monday if all goes to plan. Melville Caves is only a couple hours from there.

Sounds good to me mate. We should be there mid arvo Monday. We could catch up with the others at Bonnie Doon as Kris suggested before lobbing into Mansfield.

Just on our way back from Nuriootpa to borrow a mates metal detector. Hoping to find the 'Welcome Strangers' big brother whilst in the HC!

                            Cheers, Ben.
