Hopefully the link works. It was a little tall but shortened easy enough.

The link works fine, thanks for that. I take it the arm and holder are permanently mounted? Is there a quick release to remove the tablet holder part? Asking because I can see it getting in the way at times the tablet isn't being used.

Nice neat setup with the iPad and UHF. Nice work.

This will do two jobs for me, 1, give me more shade early morning and late arvo, and 2, work as a wind break. It just clips on to the bar at the top and comes with 3 pegs for the bottom and can obviously be fitted either front or rear.

          Hi mate,
Great build up thread so far, I was looking at getting a wind shield thingy for my awning, just wondering where you got it and how much roughly ?
          Cheers

Depends on what you call permanent, the actual clamp part does just slide off the mount leaving the arm and knuckle. Or you can loosen the knuckle enough that it will come off the end of the arm. Or if you want to remove the lot you just loosen one seat bolt, slide mount out and retighten. All 3 would take less than a few minutes. Like I said above I shortened the height of the arm by about 50mm so if I do leave the holder there I can still reach all the aircon buttons.I will try and get a couple of pics up for you to get a better idea.

G'day Phil, I got it off ebay but doesn't look like they are selling them anymore. The brand is Aussy Outdoor Direct. Even there website doesn't show any.

G'Day flying.kiwis. Looks like the iPad holder is pretty solid. I assume it held your iPad without any problems given you've been up to the Gulf? Also, does the head swivel and tilt to hold the iPad at different angles?

It is not 100% rigid but is solid enough for me to see the maps or music. The shaft of the arm is made of 12mm alloy so will hold itself but can be bent to fit where you want it to go when fitting. The alloy bar is then inside a foam/rubber. There is also a clamp halfway up that is on the center console that helps hold it. The holder/clamp itself will rotate 360, will tilt 180 and also rotate 360 on the top of the arm so will go anywhere you want it to.

Not a big mod but after fitting the new exhaust It didnt quite look right from the back, a quick trim with the grinder and I think it is alot better.

Have you noticed difference in power or noise, since fitting the new exhaust?
