Looks like a great day was had by all.

Good to see you got to the very top of the climb, Brad and I weren’t very keen on the last section when we visited. We had fun going back up the rutted hill to get back out and that rut has certainly grown with all the rain.

Hi Glenn,

We drove to just below that point and had lunch. When we looked and could see someone had been through there very recently but the line they had been taken was very close to the big rock and a slight slip would have had the big rock in the middle of a door. We thought about the line you and Declan took (and made it look easy) and decided against it but there's always next time.

You are crazy! The 150's traction control is brilliant isn't it?

For reference, I ran into a guy there yesterday who drives a GQ Patrol with 33's, supercharged diesel (uh ha), rear locker, and a 2 or 3 inch lift. He recently attempted that last step but couldn't make it, so used his winch. His mate with a 4" challenger was dragged up. They were there yesterday but passed on repeating that challenge

^ Given the above, Declan's a bloody good driver to make it with his stock height LC80, 32's and rear locker!!
^^ Oh I should mention the LC80 did bottom out on it :-o
