well have decided i'll keep the prado and my licence at the same time. went and got a new compressor. just a single arb with air hose kit. also picked up a recovery kit off a mate cheap. plans are to mount compressor then do some rear draws and use one sub not two to give me more room

well 6 pistons failed in the front rotors. all fixed $462 later and now its driving the best in the time i have owned it. now to get back to the good things and spend some more money

Is that 2 new front callipers there Jimmy? $462 is a really good price if they are new, I was quoted $750 per side for fronts from Toyota a few weeks back. Ended up rebuilding the callipers instead - they didn't turn-out nice and shiny like yours though...

hey mate no there the factory ones, there 5 years old now. I got them rebuilt at a work shop in Brisbane. They just zinced them for me. Here is a link to the company http://www.bhss.com.au/ i highly recommend them have done a few things from them and had a friend working there and there a pretty good company. Also well priced for spare parts.

Bought a ironman snorkel and half way threw fitting it. Went off template and the rear end needed to be about 10mm higher so made holes 14mm to get to it twist up. It says to make the holes 16mm but I don't see what you need 5 massive holes for a 8mm bolt...

pic of snorkel and bogged in sandy shit was pretty good suction, had a cruiser ute try pull me out but couldnt get traction so used the maxtrax.

Picked up a prorack roof basket and bars for $100 off ebay. Bars were made for factory rails so have made up a new bracket in the workshop and just bolted them onto the roof. Should do the trick. Aiming to have some more aggressive tyres next month.

Will be just for trips away. Going to double island point for weekend so got it for that. I'll make a tube rack up at work when I have the spare time but this will do for now.

A bit has happened got some cooper st 245/70/17, Ironman awning, TG120 and ordered a 2inch suspension lift threw ARB. Fingers crossed its hear soon.
