Been pretty quiet with the rig build, just put in an order to AJ120 for one of his fine looking rear bars. Can't wait until she arrives in jan, in the mean time been researching on how I was going to get around some new reversing lights, I think I found a solution, should be bright enough and quite small as not to be to out of place on the bar. Figured I would put two on the left and two on the right side rear of the bar. And then just tap into the reversing lights power supply in my normal rear lights

Yea, only taken them for a short drive last night, no heavy braking but you can feel the extra bite. Gotta love toyota, they've been telling me for 20,000 k my pads are nearly shot. Never really believed them. Took my my old pads off and they had around 50% remaining.

Had a chance to try the new brakes out with a loaded tandem trailer on today, she pulled up nicely. New things to go on soon.
-Amts light pole and bracket
-Covering the silver plastics in the cab in 3m carbon fibre Wrap.
-have one of Aj120 steel rear bars on order can't wait to put that on

Had a chance to start wrapping all my silver bits inside the big girl in the carbon fibre wrap that I got about a week ago. It really helps using a hair dryer to help warm up the wrap which makes it more pliable. The two upper plastics with the aircon vents are the hardest. But taking it slow and steady it has come out pretty good. Still have to do the silver bits around the power window controls aswel as the silver door trims.
