Hello fellow WA PP'ers.
Myself and a few other fellow Toyota owners are planning on a Mundaring Powerlines run on Sunday morning.
Meeting in Mundaring Coles car park near KFC at 8.30am for an 8.45am depart. The plan is to be back on the Tarmac by 12.30pm so people can get home and still have some family time.
I did the track about 4 weeks ago and it was in fairly rough condition but nothing a stock Prado couldn't negotiate with some careful driving. There are chicken runs in many places but the rains can make these more difficult in some cases.
Vehicles should be fitted with front and rear recovery points at a minimum and have a compressor for re-inflating your tires. Your own recovery gear is advisable but most people will be happy to lend to you if you ask nicely.
UHF channel 22 as 16 is pretty busy in this area.
Typical PP trip rules apply and everybody is responsible for their own actions. Nobody will be pressurised into doing anything past their comfort zone and nobody will be left behind.
Let me know if you're interested....
