Hi All,
New to the forum as I am just about to pull the trigger and purchase, can see I will be a regular here post purchase!.
I am just trying to clarify the post 07 "model Refresh" badges in Australia, and probably OS models. From what I have been able to piece together, from the 07 onwards they introduced the "Standard" as the base model, GX and then the GXL and the the Grande etc in the upper models. I read a little on a site (not sure if it was this one, haven't been able to find it using the search) that suggested that more often than not as far as accessories etc go, due to the way Toyota marketed upgrade packs for the GX, they are spec'd more or less the same as the GXL, the only variation being wheel size and sometimes roof rails. Is there anything else that is different?
The GX seem to go cheaper than the GXL obviously, even though as with the one I am looking at they still have the full list of ABS, cruise control, side steps, dual airbags etc etc.
Thanks in advance!!
Cheers
Rod
