Hey MLC, what brand of shackle are you using on your ProLink? I just tried all my ARB 4 3/4 tonne shackles and none of them fit, they are all too narrow.

Oh, I have a variety of them from different sources over time but all of mine fit??

Hi Midlife, what size are those rims and tyres, offset ? Very keen on some black bling for the flinders red mate. Cheers

17 x 8, normal +25 offset. Others have done +10 offset to have them sit right on the guard.

... Anyway rather than go through the grief of having Uniden tell me the unit is fine, I decided to accept an offer from E-bug to replace the unit with an Icom IC-450N. T

I had a similar issue with my 18 month old Uniden. I took it back to Uniden and they gave me a new one, only it was a later model, no questions asked. I was impressed. I will certainly get another Uniden next time I need one.

why stop at that v8, why not fit the engine from the LFA. As close to perfection that Toyota is ever going to get.

Decided to rotate the gearbox in the new Runva 11XP, just need to swap out the Warn 9K. Winch was supplied by these guys at a very good price and quick delivery.

Also connected up the tranny cooler, was a lot easier than I expected also. Even used some 19mm poly pipe as a sleeve as in the original pipe.

After having some issues with battery charging on longer trips I spoke to the RedArc guys who are good supporters of the annual PP GTG's over the years. They recommended a 25A in-vehicle battery charger/MPPT for my needs and to allow for a future solar panel.

In engris please?. If you mean the relay that automatically allows deals with solar or alt charge then I think thats the unit on the left hand side of the battery. The coiled up wire is the solar panel connection via and Anderson plug.

Hey MLC

You started off with the MCC rear bar and changed to AJ120's custom one. but reading through I couldn't find out Why?
did something happen to the MCC? did it fail was it bad quality?

I'm looking for a rear bar and the MCC comes in at an appealing price.
