    Rear door table

    Hi guys

Hope this is the right place to post this.

Just thought I'd share a couple of pics of the rear door table I put together this morning.

I didn't need anything too big and also didn't want to have any holes showing on the door face when table is removed (sale in future)

I just used black Melamine from Bunnings, total cost approx $35 for complete install.

    It measures 1100mm by 330mm.

    Pretty happy with the result

Here's one on a 150, http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread...Fold-Out-Table not too many have been done on the 150's, quite a few shots of 120 s kicking around. Let me know if you decide to make one, I've got a joinery in Belmont.

          Cheers

If you are lazy and don't want to build it yourself or not that good with tools, you can always buy one ready made:

Hey there I have made one of these tables and it is all sitting waiting for me to mount it to the door. Just wondering how people have mounted the hinges to the door?? I was planning on screwing through the plastic and into the door frame but there is a lot of air between the trim and the metal frame.

              Cheers

I think these are about 65mm but anything 40mm or longer will work fine

Thanks guys. I had 30mm metal screws but obviously found out they were too short. I'll add a couple of photos once completed. I'm not happy with my carpeting skills but I used the stuff I had left over from when I made a new floor in the boot.

I'll be putting mine back in today. I've pulled the carpet off the top and varnished it to make it easier to keep clean.
