thanks, i haven't taken them out, yet.

they do come out - but they leave a bit of a mess, and nothing to cover the floor with once you pull them out.

i will be taking them out in the next month or so when a black widow drawer system goes in. This will at least cover the mess left when they do get pulled out.

bugger, i thought i had replied to this one..not sure what happened there.

anyway.. yes you can pull the rear seats out, but they leave a great mess when you do. you would only want to pull them out if you have the intention of covering it up. in my case, with drawers.

Any problems fitting the 2 speed 12,000lb winch? Have been told that the 2 speed is longer on the drivers side then normal 12,00lb winch and supplier could not tell me if they would fit

i had ARB fit the winch when the bar was being put on.

it looks like a neat fit. the only modification they had to make was a small cut in the top section of the bar (not visible from the outside), that allows the gear arm to swing without hitting the bar. They did a neat job, and it's something i would have done myself also if i was fitting it.

I had the factory steps taken off and a set of Oz Auto Quip Side Steps installed by Loadrail in Newcastle last week.

The team at Loadrail were fantastic. i had the camper on the truck still, as we were on our way to Knorrits Flat.

I drove the thing in, with the camper, they installed them, 20 minutes later i drove out. Some pics here for you.

I'll try to get a better pic of the steps side on, without the camper, but it's pouring with rain at the moment here.

That's really good Dan. Are you willing to reveal the cost? Also (as Matt raised in another thread), do you have side air bags and are these compliant?

                      I paid $765.

I have been assured by Loadrail that they will not affect the airbag's being deployed. i do have side airbags.

i'd rather have the steps than not, and after damaging the passenger's side completely and bending the drivers side, they were not going back on again. brand new the Toyota original steps were $1500 each side.

OK , just before the June long weekend, i got the Black Widow drawers installed. side by side drawers, a built in fridge slide, and a cargo barrier.

i've had them in for a week or so, so, as you can tell by the photos, there is plenty of crap on them already.

i'm in the process of mounting my compressor down the side so it is fixed there, and i'll plumb an air-line somewhere from there.

                        Photos.

Very nice. The Black Widow gear certainly look like some of the very best around.

Looking good Dan. Can't see any mention of suspension on here yet. Hows the standard stuff going with all of the extra weight?

                              Cheers, Sam.

all ok so far.. the front has lowered by 10mm

it's hard to tell with the rear as i have the airbags and i normally run them around 20 psi on any given day.
