they do come out - but they leave a bit of a mess, and nothing to cover the floor with once you pull them out.
i will be taking them out in the next month or so when a black widow drawer system goes in. This will at least cover the mess left when they do get pulled out.

i spoke to outback draws the other day and the can only put draws in the gx and gxl 150's. because of the electic seats in the vx and kakadu. the seats arnt standard on the gx anyway

bugger, i thought i had replied to this one..not sure what happened there.
anyway.. yes you can pull the rear seats out, but they leave a great mess when you do. you would only want to pull them out if you have the intention of covering it up. in my case, with drawers.

Any problems fitting the 2 speed 12,000lb winch? Have been told that the 2 speed is longer on the drivers side then normal 12,00lb winch and supplier could not tell me if they would fit

i had ARB fit the winch when the bar was being put on.
it looks like a neat fit. the only modification they had to make was a small cut in the top section of the bar (not visible from the outside), that allows the gear arm to swing without hitting the bar. They did a neat job, and it's something i would have done myself also if i was fitting it.
That's really good Dan. Are you willing to reveal the cost? Also (as Matt raised in another thread), do you have side air bags and are these compliant?
I have been assured by Loadrail that they will not affect the airbag's being deployed. i do have side airbags.
i'd rather have the steps than not, and after damaging the passenger's side completely and bending the drivers side, they were not going back on again. brand new the Toyota original steps were $1500 each side.
