EBC Brakes: Green or Yelllow Stuff?

Its time for brakepad replacement on my ´97 95 series GX. It has the 1KZ-TE and 38x15.5R15 Ground Hawgs.

I´m looking onto EBC brake pads. I had Green Stuff pads on my WRX, they were fantastic. But I´m not sure wether I should go with Green stuff or the heavier duty, dustier Yellow Stuff for my Prado.

Do any of you have EBC brakes or similar? Which should I go with, keeping braking performance and wear in mind.

any reason ya going to go with the ebc pad, i had them on my 5ltr commodore ( green stuff) and they were a great pad when ya had some heat in them but when they were cold they werent the best, i couldnt see ya throwing the 90 series around mt panarama and braking from 290ks with a set of 38s on you could always try a bendix 4wd pad, i have them in my 120 atm and they really good, stop when i want ad dont get much fade when throw the anchor out at 100km/h. the green stuff r a real hard pad and dont wear real quick with normal driving, and besides they about $150 plus a set, if ya want to pull up that bit better you could always through a slotted rotor in, just a thought cheerssamo

Yep totally agree with the Bendix 4wd pads I have them on my 95 series and can not fault them .

The EBC dealer here is a total waste of time. I gave up after waiting for him to get a new catalog from EBC to decide his prices, I went with Mintex pads because I need to get the Cruiser inspected.

I put EBC Green Stuff 6000-series pads all around about 2 tkm ago. They are felt good, much better than before. At the same time I adjusted the load sensing valve´s spring as tight as I could.

What are the part numbers for front and rear 90 series Bendix 4WD pads. I have a 97 TX Diesel. I would like to get them, but no seems to share that info. Thx.
