If we could all roll like you Andrew, it would be a perfect place, I'm not being silly, you really are a very cool dude.
You are 110% here to help & very good at the things you do, but some do like to stir trouble.
Many things are not as they seem nor as some would have you & others believe.
    Over & out, copy copy

Kind of what I was wanting to say, in a long winded, full of irrelevant facts sort of way.

PS, I biatch-slapped Blake, how dare he insult me by calling me serious!

          • What really ticks me off right now is the hoops on the ARB bar are not horizontal. Fitted the uhf finally last night before we go to Exmouth today and the aerial is slightly crooked. I'm in Ocd hell.

Would a tapered washer under the aerial mount help?

                  • Tapered washers are usually used in construction where you bolt to tapered beams. There not a run of the mill item, so I would suggest a specialist bolt supplier. I would try United Fastners or Coventrys in SA, not sure if you have those in the west.

                    Cheers Andrew

                            • Inconsiderate trail bike riders . Don't get me wrong . Most do have a brain . We were on a drive thru the condamine track today with the 4by club which includes about 14 river crossings. Anyway we had a about 13 cars and when a couple of cars came in the opposite direction they were told there was a few more coming so they stopped, but the trail bike couldn't wait & took off . I was in front of tail end and as I had just got the back wheels out of a crossing on a blind corner , round came this bike . It took me half a second to stop but he slid about 5 m trying to stop then some how made it round me instead of stuck on my bullbar.
This could have been much worse. He could have scratched my bullbar, upset the kids by wrapping himself around it , or created a disturbance which would slow our trip down. Damn kids !
