Taking the old man (92) to Lazy-Boy recliners, sitting his bum into a $2600 recliner only to have him shout at the saleswoman that he doesn't want to spend more than $500 as he may not be around next week. (His doctor has told him he is living on borrowed time). Bring on voluntary euthanasia I say.

Ordering parts from wreckers over the phone (live in a smaller town), triple checking then checking again that they have the correct parts only to be sent the incorrect ones. In this case front diff for a 95 only to be sent a 120 one. grrr.
Then in a slight lapse of judgement only realizing afore mentioned parts were incorrect after the car is half apart and the 2 diffs are side by side.

Wife works at a place with 1 person out of 8 that is really slack, HR are very cautious so they have issued about 10 warnings but no bullet. In the meantime the other staff have to take extra precautions so that people don't end up dead because of the careless habits of the bludger.
I agree that bosses should not be able to sack on a whim but Gees! surely the other staff should be able to vote them out.Comment
