  1. Convincing SWMBO...

    Well last Sunday we made a day of it and headed off to Gordon Country (see Rogerthatv2's Trip report from Feb) for a bit of a Recce. Met up with my brother in law (90 series) and headed off to some Tracks. What a great day!!! Currently I'm pretty limited to what I can do in the Prado off road due to the "very" low front end, a result of having a sahara bar and winch hanging off the front. This presently reduces the clearance under the front something shocking and my ramp over angle leaves ...

  2. P14 Led Lenser arrives!!!

  3. HID Conversion Kit Contd...

    Put the new Kit in last night. I didnt start until around 9:30. Pics will follow in the relevant thread. I Bolted them in with a bracket that was suppiled and also secured with some sikaflex which took longer than I expected to set before I could reassemble. So it was 01:30 before I lit up the night sky! I went for a quick drive to an unlit road. The HID's took around 10 - 15 secs before full intensity was achieved but once on.... WOW!. Once warmed up the lights were instantaneous. Fantastic result, ...

  5. Been Shopping...

    Yep I've been shopping and am awaiting the goodies to arrive. The Wife nearly backed over a little hyundai the other day so that was my que to recommend a reversing camera, which "of course" requires an AVN11TP Navigation system from DigOptions to replace the Factory Unit. Matt from DigOptions has been awesome and of course I will need to order some DVD Headrests to entertain the Kids as we are heading up to Winton and beyond this Sept School holidays with a Jayco Expanda in tow (hiring), ...
