Finally finished my suspension lift and during the wheel alignment the guy at WA Suspensions showed me the deteriorated and torn bushes in my Lower Control Arms, F & R Sway bar links and front D bushes(my rear sway bar is whiteline so don't know if rubber would even be a possibility there, rear links where they attach to the bar is stuffed), Trailing arms and panhard rod. I've recently fitted Total Chaos UCA's so I already have poly there. Whiteline seems to be at the premium end of poly, Polytuff seems to be the cheapest. The workshop said they can fit rubber but I would have to supply parts and they're a shocker to press back in so expect a fair amount of labour.
First question is probably what I use it for? I would prefer handling over being able to jump up a 2ft vertical rock step. I want stability, reliability and the ability to go from bitumen to gravel to mud to beach without much hassle. 2" lift and only running stock tyres, maybe eventually go up to a 75 profile tyre but happy with standard for now.

My build link is here. I am systematic in how I like to do things and have held off going offroad until I knew my car would make it offroad.

What point of usage is the car considered better for poly or rubber? Occasional weekend outing? Gravel roads vs bitumen? Rock crawling vs bitumen?

Is it best to replace any bolts when using poly or runner that don't have a metal inner sleeve?
