There are plenty of spots for switches, 4 below the ignition, 3 below the ashtray and a couple if single spots by the gear lever and second start button. Google custom rockers for some good rocker switches.

just one suggestion any switch that only needs to be swtiched on occasionally ( mainly fog & hard wired work lights) try and keep them away from lower left position on the Right hand cluster I often whack it with my knee when sitting sideways or entering the vehicle - admit I'm not the smallest frame for getting in and out but just somethign to be aware of and also anything that involves lights needs to have a tattle tale light fitted -apparently thats what the law states

I was more looking at which switch people have put in the various positions.

            Thanks justo for the pic.

I was thinking I'll put the horn and Redarc link switch on the left of the steering column (got a manual so no second start), compressor and aux reverse lights in under the ash tray, spots to the right of the steering column, don't think I'll hit it with my knees (as i have ducks disease) but will keep it to the left.

I found in Jaycar, a slim rocker switch (no tell-tale light) and used this for my Driving lights- as they are always switched on and relayed by high beam. It was easy access to the panel with the side mirror switches near the ignition. I ran the wiring for the reversing senors behind the lower dash and was lucky enough not to have to pull any panels off! I will have to put in a switch for the reversing light which go in the centre console- that switch will have a light when engaged!
